Drink it For 5 Days and Lose at Least 4 Pounds

Some call it a “magical” drink, that you drink for five days and during that time you can lose at least 4 pounds. Let’s be honest, we all know that there are no “magic” drinks, but some teas, juices, and home remedies made with certain herbs can go a long way if you’re trying to shed extra pounds.

This recipe may be known to many, but it may be forgotten, which contains a few readily available ingredients and is very easy to prepare, like a tea, and is mainly used to improve blood circulation (especially in high blood pressure), reduce pressure, cholesterol reduction, but also for weight loss.

The resulting drink is very tasty and pleasant to drink, it is best to prepare it fresh every day, and if you make a quantity for 2-3 days, keep it in the refrigerator and warm it up a little before consumption (do not boil it, let it be lukewarm).

It is especially useful for those who have been trying to lose weight for a long time and have not succeeded, because this drink will cleanse the body and facilitate the start of this process. During the day, drink more liquids without sugar, preferably water, move around and avoid salty, fatty, and industrially processed foods.

The drink is best drunk one glass in the morning on an empty stomach (half an hour before eating) and one glass in the evening, one hour before going to bed, but everyone should first consult a doctor, especially people who are already on some kind of therapy.

The recipe uses rosemary, a very medicinal herb that is used not only in the kitchen but also in folk medicine. It is best to have fresh rosemary, but if you don’t have it, you can also dry it (from the herbal pharmacy, and you can also find it in the supermarket as a spice, but watch the expiration date, because after 6 months to a year it loses its medicinal properties). Here’s what you need:

Slimming drink
4 cups of water

half a lemon

1 thumb-sized piece of ginger

1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

3 fresh young rosemary sprigs or 3-4 tablespoons dried herb (leaves only)

Put finely chopped or grated ginger in a pot with 4 cups of water (if it’s organic, just wash it well without peeling it). Rub the lemon with baking soda, then cut into thin rounds. Remove only the rosemary leaves. Put all the ingredients (ginger, lemon, cinnamon, and rosemary in a pot with water).

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low (as much as possible) and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then let it sit for another 10 minutes. Strain and drink warm, one cup one hour before breakfast and one cup one hour before going to bed.
