This cream dessert with cookies can easily compete with the famous Tiramisu, nothing, that is much easier to prepare than it. Gentle, light, and incredibly creamy – here’s how to do it today:
Cream dessert with cookies
Cookies – 70 g.
cocoa – 2 tbsp.
condensed milk – 2 tbsp.
thick yogurt without additives – 200 g
chocolate – 50 g
liquid cream – 130 ml
Crush the cookies into crumbs, and add the cocoa. In dessert cups, spread these crumbs as a first layer.
Separately mix the yogurt with the condensed milk and cream. Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts.
In the first part, mix the cocoa and mix with a mixer.
Spread the second part (without cocoa) on the cookies – this will be the second layer, then cover with a third layer – the part with cocoa.
Finally, pour the dessert with melted chocolate. When serving, garnish with mint.
