According to her, they are quite satisfying and she just adores them. Once you eat one of these healthy homemade desserts, you won’t go hungry for hours! All you need are a few simple ingredients to make. No baking, no flour, and no sugar, here are the ingredients:
Raw dessert for weight loss
85 g almonds
85 g of porridge
85 g of sunflower seeds
85 g peanuts
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
70 g of natural honey
a little oil
85 g white chocolate
Roast the almonds in a pan with a non-stick coating, without oil on low heat. Add the cashews, sunflower seeds and peanuts to be peeled. Stir from time to time, roast the nuts until warm, and until they begin to release their pleasant aroma.
While they are still hot, remove them from the heat and put them in a blender. Blend until saturated, but whole pieces of nuts remain. If straining is difficult, you can divide the mixture into two or three parts and gradually strain all.
Transfer the crushed nuts to a deeper bowl and mix with the crushed nutmeg and honey, which should be liquid. Start mixing the mixture well until the ingredients are homogenized and a ball begins to form.
Grease a deeper dish (maybe fireproof) with a little oil and pour the mixture, then press firmly on top with a spatula, and maybe the bottom of ordinary glass to “ram” the table well. Set the mixture aside or refrigerate to set well.
Meanwhile, break the white chocolate into smaller pieces and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Melt the chocolate in a water bath until it becomes liquid, then pour the glaze over the dessert. Refrigerate to cool nicely for a few hours.
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the cake from the pan so that it does not break, and cut it into smaller pieces.
