For this effective mixture you need only 4 natural ingredients that you should always have in your home during winter days. It has a warming effect and thus improves blood circulation and metabolism, and also helps to expel accumulated phlegm more easily. Below we reveal two recipes:
Ingredients needed ( First recipe):
- 1 orange
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0.35 oz. of ginger root
- 1 teaspoon of honey
The preparation is intended for one person and for one-time use. It is necessary to take it for several days until the condition is completely improved, and the results are noticeable after the first day. Read the procedure below:
First Prescription Procedure:
Cut off the top of the orange until you get to the fleshy part. Using a small spoon, scrape out a small portion of the inside to make an indentation.
Scoop out a bit so that you have more than half an orange for later, for the preparation. Finely chop a clove of garlic, and peel and finely chop the ginger.
Put the garlic and ginger in the hollow of the orange, then pour 1 tablespoon of honey on top and stir a little.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons of homemade honey
- 2 cups of boiled water
Bananas are peeled and cut into rings. Mash them with a fork, then pour 400 ml of boiled water over them.
Stir with a spoon for about a minute or two until you get a compact mixture. You can do all of this in a larger blender as well. When the mixture has cooled enough, add two tablespoons of good quality honey.
Stir once more, then cover the mixture with a plate or tray, then let it sit for half an hour. Then strain the mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth. Store the resulting syrup in a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. The amount obtained is enough for the whole day.
Divide it into two equal parts, then drink every 12 hours, once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed. If you wish, you can spread this amount over several times during the day. The next day, repeat the procedure and drink the syrup until the cough stops and the mucus is expelled.
